En meget enkel og meget effektiv måte å rense chakraene på, er ved hjelp av en kvartskrystall.

(Er tenkt gjort i en sirkel, og kan med fordel bli snakket / lest høyt av en av deltagerne. Kan
selvfølgelig også gjøres alene !) Du skal visualisere alle chakra-fargene, en etter en, og
legge dem rundt kroppen din som lagene i en løk.

Det kan i denne sammenheng være nyttig å visualisere (se for seg) chakraene som pulserende sirkler/spiraler av lys. Den vanligste teknikken når man skal åpne chakraene, er å begynne nederst, medrotchakraet, og når man skal lukke dem, begynne øverst med krone-chakraet.

Kronechakraet

The seventh chakra is called Sahasrara, which means the thousand-petalled lotus, and it is when all these thousand petals have opened to the Divine that we become one with the Divine. As mentioned under the sixth chakra, these two chakras have a lot in common, especially as spiritual chakras. If you are a human being fully and completely in the seventh chakra all the time, you will be in a state that we can otherwise experience briefly or for shorter periods in the sixth chakra, namely samadhi or total enlightenment, where there is no longer a separation between you and the Light or the all-pervading Deity (or whatever you prefer to call "it").

The sixth chakra, the aina chakra, is often called the third eye. We experience the world largely through our five senses, but what we take in of the world around us through our intuition, through our "sixth sense", is what our third eye "sees". So the more open our sixth chakra is, the stronger our intuition will work. It is also the centre of telepathy and clairvoyance, of dreams and imagination, and of travel in many different worlds. For example, this is the centre I use most when I lay tarot cards, or when I go on a drumming trip. It is through this chakra that I can connect with my spiritual helpers and my own higher self.

Throat chakra

Det femte chakraet er tradisjonelt forbundet med elementet eter, og det representerer på mange måter
møtepunktet for kropp og sinn, forbindelsespunktet mellom den abstrakte og manifesterte tanke/ide,
og porten eller den flaskehalsen vi må igjennom for å bevege oss fra det det materielle og opp på
det spirituelle nivå. For folk som driver med kundalini-yoga, skal dette være det vanskeligste chakraet
å forsere.

The heart chakra

The heart chakra is seen by many as the most important chakra, the central chakra in more than
one way. With the heart chakra we often associate our ability to love, to show love and to receive
love. Therefore, it is a very important chakra in our dealings with other people, for our
ability to show care, have compassion and empathise with others.
